SOA Maturity Model		SOA Unified Process
I have devised an SOA Maturity Model based on the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) that helps companies assess the maturity of their SOA implemenations and paves the path to get from one level to another.		The SOA Unified Process is a Hybrid of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Extreme Programming (XP). It shows you how to use a heavy weight process such as RUP to build out your SOA and then switch to an agile process such as XP to maintain your SOA.
