I can develop an enterprise-wide Web Services / SOA strategy for our clients and follow through with implementation using a unique project management methodology that is a hybrid of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Extreme Programming (XP).

I have devised a SOA Maturity model, built on the concepts of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM). This model will help me show you the value of SOA in your organization and help you better quantify the steps needed to get to a higher level of maturity, while fully understanding the cost/benefit associated with the higher level.
